Hi Everyone! Here's a little bit about Jan Cass.  I look forward to hearing about you!!

I specialize in residential, new home, and land sales in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. My real estate career began with new home sales in 1992. I have 25 years experience in sales and customer service.

I graduated from Texas Tech University (Go Red Raiders) with a degree in corporate communications. I recently completed training to become one of only a few Realtors in Colorado Springs with the coveted "Institute of Luxury Home Marketing Membership" title, of which I am very proud. I'm also a Graduate of Realtor Insititute (GRI), Graduate of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), earned a QSC (Quality Service Certificate), received a Luxury Home Professional status (LHP), earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE)  and am trained as a Realtor®.

My husband of 35 years retired after 23 years in the Air Force, so I am a relocation expert. Over the years we have moved our family 13 times! We have two wonderful daughters. Laura is a graduate of Texas A&M (go Aggies!) and is married and gave us our first grandchild - Allisonl!! Leslie is a graduate of Colorado State University (go Rams!!) and studied abroad in Florence, Italy (who gets a degree from studying "Italian Wine" and "Mediterranean Cooking"?!?) 

My hobbies include spinning, yoga, cooking, decorating, acting and singing.  I am  Vice President on the board of HBA Cares - a non profit assisting with housing needs of the community. Our signature project was building a 11 bedroom house for cancer patients and their families when their loved ones are at Penrose Hospital called the John Zay Guest House. I also organized a RE/MAX team to walk and raise money for Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimers Disease and  currently have the "Giving Tree Project going in all three locations of my office of ReMax Properties to benefit CASA (Court appointed Special advocates) kids to buy Christmas presents for foster children in the Pikes Peak region.
